Emergencies: If you have an emergency and need to change or update your travel plans. Call us immediately, if you reach us after hours, call the tour company or the airline. For select corporate accounts you will find an emergency number at the bottom of your itinerary. We work hard to make sure your travel plans go smoothly, however there are times that delays / cancellations or other unforeseen things may happen. Always keep notes of events, people you have spoken to, times and dates.
