On behalf of all the employees of MAI’S TRAVEL SERVICE we extend our heartfelt condolences to the friends and family members of those lost on September 11th tragic events. We will do all that we can to ensure our travelers are comfortable and travel on timely fashion. E-TICKET HOLDERS -- PLEASE NOTE!!!

Under the new security guidelines, airline requirements for documentation differ widely.  Please check with your specific airline using the website link below to confirm proper documentation prior to leaving for the airport.  Expect that you will need a minimum of two hours at the airport for check-in prior to boarding.

Domestic Airlines Schedule Information - Contact the emergency information page of each airline directly:

International Airlines Schedule Information - Contact the emergency information page of each airline directly:

What can we expect now that the airports have resumed operations?

  1. Arrive early-Give yourself plenty of time to sort out what is happening at the airport.
  2. Travel light-Because your luggage may be searched, make it easy to open, easy to inspect, and easy to close.
  3. Carry your passport as well as your driver's license-You will want to make it easy for the airline and airport personnel to know that you are you.
  4. Stay alert-Be very much aware that common criminals may be using this new and potentially chaotic environment to get the drop on their victims.
  5. Be patient and cooperative.
  6. Move to the gate areas as soon as possible-The "sterile" environment will provide an extra measure of security.
  7. Remind yourself that a good portion of the responsibility for your security lies on your shoulders. If you don't like a situation-if something doesn't "feel" right-and you are able to remove yourself from it, do.

Mai's Travel Service will update this information periodically. Contact us as necessary. We are here to help you.
